Experience

Tom joined Marcus & Millichap in 2003 and quickly reached Associate status in 2004. He went on to earn Senior Associate status by 2006 and has closed, placed under contract or listed almost $200 million of commercial real estate. Tom's brother, Matthew, joined him as a partner in 2005 and the team has since hired Dan Miller to provide full-time, dedicated support.

Tom spent the early years of his career as a business journalist before working as director of content for several dot-com companies. Prior to joining M&M, Tom spent several years at Deloitte Consulting, working with Fortune 500 clients.

Education

Tom earned a BA in Philosophy from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD, graduating in 1992. He is a native of the Philadelphia area where he currently lives with his wife, Maureen and two sons.

Experience

Matt joined Marcus & Millichap in January 2005 as a Sales Intern. He moved on to become a Sales Agent in 2006 and quickly reached Associate status in 2007. In his time at the firm, the Gorman Retail Group has closed, placed under contract or closed almost $200 million dollars of commercial real estate to-date. Matt joined his brother, Tom, in 2005 as a partner and the team has since hired Dan Miller to provide full-time, dedicated support.

Matt spent the early years of his career as a Branch Manager for Univest, a local bank in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Prior to joining M&M, Matt was an Account Manager for Cigna Insurance Company working closely with benefits coordinators at companies of all sizes on the West Coast.

Education

Matt earned a B.S. in Business Administration concentration in Marketing paired with a minor in Psychology from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, graduating in 2003.

Experience

Dan joined Marcus & Millichap in May of 2007 as an agent assistant on The Gorman Retail Group. He provides support for Matt and Tom throughout all aspects of research, underwriting, marketing, and escrow management.

Education

Dan earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, graduating in 2004. He is a native of the Lehigh Valley and currently lives in Philadelphia.
