Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company, the nation's largest real estate investment brokerage firm, recently announced the 38,000 sq. ft. portfolio sale of the Family Dollar located at 6138 Ridge Avenue in Philadelphia, Friendly Plaza located at 3141 Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia, PA, and the Dollar General store located at 1016 West Avenue in Woodstown, NJ. Dollarland Holdings was the Seller and Adar Holdings was the Buyer in this transaction.
Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office represented both parties in this transaction for a combined sales price of $2,239,500. All three properties have strong store sales and provide in excess of 10% cash on cash returns. Each property has undergone recent renovations and area demographics point to continued business success.
