Matthew Gorman and Thomas Gorman of Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office have represented the seller, Dan Lawruk of Lawruk Properties, in the $3.4 million sale of a FedEx Ground distribution center in Altoona. The tenant recently signed a 7.5-year lease and expanded its facility by 9,200 square feet. Adam Levy of Marcus & Millichap's Chicago office procured the buyer, Mike Askotzky of Trike Property Management.
